It wasn't the heat, it was the bad nutrition, the lack of hydration, and just one of these days. I didn't have it. I didn't want it enough, I didn't find the motiviation. And the music wasn't right this time. And yes it was hot. But whatever, you have good days and bad. Doesn't get an worse than these.
