B goal was 22:59, which would be the equivalent of my A goal for last week's 10 miler, which I got. A goal would be to break 22 again. Puked 3 times before the race, was there with Katie AND Theresa. But somehow still pulled it off. Was real tired at the mile 2 marker and thought I was going to give up and just hang on for my B goal, which I was happy that I was going to get it. But kicked it in the last half mile with a second wind. pretty cool man, pretty cool.
