A little chilly. Goal was to beat my 2009 time of 46:33 @7:30 pace. I wanted to start at 7:45 and work my way down but I was feeling good with the first mile pace so I focused on negative splits for each mile. Mission accomplished. The last mile was as close to race feeling that I've had in a while. Felt good to record a sub 7 mile. Good day.
