13:16, 13:22 but at least my last lap was 1:33. This was hard. As you can see I dropped off last 3rd and 2nd lap. The good news is, it gets easier this month, because we use the same pace, with shorter intervals. BTW, windy! Puddles! Rain! Flooding! Coach had to run up from 3 blocks down the road...... it was awesome. Just wish I didn't feel like shit all day. I could've made the time! The D workout was 13:04 to 13:44 so I at least was in the bottom half.
