Another windy run but this time is wet and windy. The wachovia rain jacket didn't stop the wet. I was hot inside, cold outside. This was a tough run but I'm ok with it since it was a hard working week and this started out a lot faster. If it was a 10 mile run it would've been great. Shoes were ok, but I'm ready to retire MC for long runs now. Just use them for easy 10 miles and below until they retire.
