Notes

First continuous for E group. I didn't actually expect to finish the 4 miles since how this workout is usually faster than my race pace (except for the last continuous of D which was the only time I actually finished so far) , but I was hoping to get closer than I did. But since how this was the same pace as my second fastest 5k this year, I'm not too upset about it. It should still be good enough to break 20 this Saturday.
