1600 intervals. I planned before the workout to do a sub 7 on the last 1600 but knew by the first mile that wasn't going to happen today. I think it could've but I don't like leaving my C team. They are really supportive and the workout goes faster with them. So I just picked it up the last two 400's. The third I lead the group, the fourth I left the group, but of course Eric had to pass me up and lead me in. He's good competition. This was a hard workout, but not as bad as I thought it would be. I know I could push harder, I know my body is faster. I should be doing 3 repeats of the last lap.

Shoes, they're ok, but after wearing the Nike's I missed them. They did good today though. I just have to race in the Nike's now with my new race outfit.
