Notes

that was fun. Same music but I slowed down to 6.8 in between songs. Felt easier than last time but as my time suggests, i'm still slower than last year. It was almost a fartlek.

Followed up with 125 assisted situps, 125 row reps on the nautilus, 65 shoulder pulls, and 90 leg presses, all light weight of course.
