Treadmill

Notes

Late night at work, but stopped at Citrus heights gym on the way home. Was hoping to survive a 7 mile run. Decided to start at 6.7 and hold it as long as I could. Strangely enough, this treadmill let you run over 95 minutes. I kept telling myself I got to at least run 9:00 miles for 7 miles, but then I said one more, and then one more. If I didn't push myself that 8th mile I could've just ran until time ran out, but my playlist was running out of songs. Really cool run today in an empty gym. Again, ended on I'm believer. 164 seems to be the new tempo for me for a slow tempo run. Oh an shoes were ok today, not perfect, but better than the black ones which are now officially retired.
