Again, a guess. The workout was 5x800 with 200 cool downs. The 800's were 3:14, 3:17, 3:17, 3:18, 3:06. The range was 3:16-3:26. But it was the same pace for last week's 2 miler, so I knew this week would be easy. It was easier than expected, we could've done more.
