Notes

It looks my miles are all over the place, but it's not because I intentionally ran hard and then recovered. I just ran in step with whatever song was on, but, as far as long runs go, it was all easy. I mean it was hard, but that's just because it was a long run. You know what I mean? Nevermind. It was definitely easier to not have to run the Lake Natoma/Beale's Point hills. And then seeing all the SafFit groups on the last 3 miles kept me motivated to finish. This was another non-stop run. I basically used the run from Bella Bru to the 13.5 marker as a cool down and warm up, and then ran another 14 miles, 7 up and back. It was a cool strategy that worked mentally, and gave me the miles I needed for today. It's really great to have a feel-good running week. All my runs this week felt more like my old self... well the new self right before Eugene, but the old self since the last two months of training has sucked or been non-existent. You know what I mean? Nevermind. ;D
