THIS WAS NOT CONTINUOUS.... Left my GPS in car and ran with Derek, Kathleen, and Will. We took 3-4 breaks. Kathleen and I picked up the pace however with our poltical discussions. It was fun and enjoyable run. Normally at this distance it would be considered a long run, but since it was broken up, I would call it a day of easy runs.
