First attempt at new FOO (how the hell does that stand for Nike Fleet Feet Racing Team?) speed workout. Was supposed to 2mile warm up and 2 mile cool down with 4.5 miles of 12x400 intervals and 200 cool downs..... I did 8. I'm actually impressed that I did that.
