Notes

More like a 9.5. 14x200 with 200 Recovery, and a 400 cool down. The 200's were 41-51 seconds, and mostly negative splits. Had a good sprint near the end, but most were 46-48 in between. Jogged most of the cool down's. AWESOME WORKOUT. Eric really pushed me near the end. Actually covered more mileage than 3.66 miles but you can't run the tangents when you're running with a group. After this workout, I am confident that I can run a sub 6 mile, as long as I warm up.

Intervals are rough estimates based on Sport Traks, but farely accurate.
