Either the hills, shoes, GPS, or the heat made this a hard ass easy run.... I guess though, what goes up, must come down, because I picked up the pace second half.
Ok, check this out. I did half mile splits in SportTracks and it was all positive splits going up hill, and all negative splits going down hill. I don't why, that seemed cool. And I actually had my fastest leg on the last 52 foot climb over a quarter mile, and that was about when I was getting warmed up. So I still hate these shoes, but at least it was a decent run.
