Notes
Supposed to be 4mi MP which is 8:00 for 3:30, 7:47 for 3:22, and 7:27 for 3:15. Problem was, this was hard today to keep up. Had to wll myself through most of the run which is not anything like last week. Even to the point I almost gave up and walked with 3:00 minutes left, but I picked it up at 7:00 pace to finish. It's about time, I've been running so strong lately, I needed a correction. But I would've probably made the 7:27 pace if I didn't walk. How am I going to do that for 26.2 miles?
FRICK! I was supposed to do 5 miles. :(
