Notes

Varied paces between 6.4-7.5 with a couple of bursts. Flat Feet insoles. Was concentrating on midfoot for most of the run but think I over strided a bit. Some minor skin run on the outside of the small toes, but I also forgot to lube there. Overall shoes were fine. Looking forward to wearing the Mizuno's tomorrow. Feeling a little stronger today too. Weighed in afterwards at 195.
