Treadmill

Notes

supposed to do 100 strides, but it's a little hard to do on the treadmill so I do 200 strides. Today I did two miles, not sure if was 2 or 3 miles on the schedule.... it was 1. Oh well. I never slowed more than 8:34 on the slow parts, and was mostly around 9.3-10 mph on fast, except last 200 was 11 mph.
