Not as easy as as my last 14, but easier than the first 14 of my last 17+. Ankles and shins were still soar (from Tuesday's hills) but they loosened up as the day went along. Glad I was able to pickup the pace on the 1.75 mile run back to the finish, though it was tougher to do it coming out of the park. I didn't run all the way to the car like I normally do, but I did run the short hill when I got there.
