Notes
Great temperature for a run this morning, actually a little chilly at first. My Beast still have some good long run mileage on them (YEAH!!) Foot pain wasn't intolerable allowing me to pick up the pace today trying to stay ahead of Bill and company who came in right behind me at the end. They were definitely going faster than I was but must've picked up some distance up on the trails or took a bathroom break because I never saw them coming. Another well paced run and had some quicker miles in there after I got to the Folsom side. Theresa had a good 8 mile run today today too.
