Fleet Feet Free Christmas 5k. Did a tempo wanting 7:15, but got tired to quickly after first mile so shot for 7:20, but then got a surge on last mile. But it felt too much like a race by the end. I'm fat. But I did just do a trail run the day before, and I didn't warm up or do drills. So I'll take it as a tough tempo.
