Um... Wow. So, so much for me doing easy. I found the "Track" option on the treadmill.... so I did 200's. Not D group 200's, E group 200's, 43 second average. Couldn't help it was easy. 14 x200's. It was awesome! Tomorrow, I will definitely do EASY!!! No more rebellion.
