CRAP!!! How in the hell can I run a 6:09, but can't run more than a mile tempo run at 7:36, and I was supposed to 4 miles at 7:13-7:31. Are you kidding me? Legs were tight, Treadmill felt like it was on an incline. I was walking - which I've been doing alot of lately. F!@#!!!
Well, Time to redo my trainin plan again. DAMN!!
