First D workout back. 3x2K (1K easy), 8:24-8:5. Tamara took off on last interval from the get go and we were doing 1:38 average laps. That was E pace! Splits were 8:38, 8:33, and 8:09, averaged 8:26, 6:45 pace which is actually faster if you count the tangents. I think I should reset my Valentine race goal.
