Berkely 24 hour fitness. Shoes were ok, felt klunky at first but didn't notice them during the run. Lot's of mixing up, playing with the paces. Again, probably too fast, but now that I know what my easy paces should be, still not fast enough. I'm ok with breaking the new mile time pacing in slowly. BTW, this is the end of the first week of training with the newly created Variable Distance Pace Training (I just made that up) where I lay over a beginning training plan of my mile time with the long distance training plan of my 8k (hence the splits of easy time).
