Notes
I had issues with 4 H's today. Hydration (pre), Heat, Hills, and Fuel. It was hot! It was hilly! I drank too much last night and didn't hydrate! I dropped too much weight the last few days from not eating. I weighed in at 195 yesterday, after I ate. Thank God I'm only training for the 10 mile race.
Edit: UM, if I would've read last weeks post, I would've worn different shoes.
8/24 Edit: Don't think it was just the shoes. Had the same problem today. Heat and hydration, and losing the weight too fast were factors today as well.
