A systematic roller coaster run. Starting from 6.7 going up a .1 every minute until 7.8, then down to 6.9, then up to 8.0, then down to 7.0 up to 9.2, then cooling down 5 minutes at 7.6. It was great. The last 10 minutes were hard.. but as hard as it could've been. It felt really good. Probably the best run of the year.
