Good day. Easy run, ground a little soggy + muddy still at some points (especially by construction near Horsham Clinic).
Right big toe has been irritated the past couple days (probably due to wearing some old shoes when I lift). Today started bugging me even more during striders. Looked at it, and it was bleeding from the left edge of the nail.
