DeSales University Invitational.
In general I just didn't run well.
The week before the race I felt great, and it looked like my training was going great, and even until the start of the race I felt absolutely fine. But during the race I didn't run well. I should have been 1:00-1:20 faster than my time.
Suggestions for next time:
Drink more water - possibly dehydrated
Don't be afraid to start over - even a bad beginning of the race can allow for a good end. Don't give up halfway
Remember: I'm stronger than Tom Williams and Hammond. I train harder, and I can run faster. Always be ahead of them, and push Joe + Conor.
