5x 200m sets.
Ran 200m aiming for 35ish. 1:00 break. Ran another 200, 0:45 break. Ran a 200, 0:30 break. Ran a 200, 0:15 break. Ran a 200. That was 1 set of 5. Normally we do at least 4 sets, but the schedule got messed up this week. In between each set was a 400m jog (recovery).
My first day of doing these. It just worked out that I was never able to make practice on Wednesday (when we normally do this workout).
Finished with normal upper body workouts that we do on Tuesdays + Thursdays.
