800m - 3k pace (80/400m, 2:40)

jog 400m

4x 600m - mile pace (72/400m, 1:48ish - last time we weren't close to keeping pace)

400m jog between each rep.

300m - 800 race pace.

Felt okay for the beginning of the workout. Needed to refocus halfway through the 600m's (the whole team needed to, so Coleman talked to us, and got us back into the right mindset). During the last one I got a sort of chest cramp - hurt to breathe and my last 200m was crap.

Sat out the last 300m (went to the school's athletic trainer instead of running it.
