2nd place for max push ups! I got about 33 cadence push ups before I lost to Kevin Diflorio. So far he's the only one to beat me this week, so he's my target!

Did 2 sets of push ups, dips, crunches, running arm curls, and slow count bicep curls before the push up test.

After that I did about 2 sets of assisted dips + pull ups, pull ups (got 4 1/2!), core, and a bit of arms
