Warm up, Hans Gucci, 6x striders. Cahill + I ran it at a pretty decent clip (sub 7 probably). Felt good to be working, and I knew I probably wouldn't get a run in (or at least anything long) tomorrow (camping with boy scouts, and short on time in the morning).
