Notes
Fairly short track day.
3x 800m - Tempo (90 sec/400m) + increasing distance pick ups (pretty much all out).
1st - 700m tempo, 100m sprint
2nd - 600m tempo, 200m sprint
3rd - 500m tempo, 300m sprint
400m jog in between each 800, 2 lap cool down following last rep.
Workout was quick today, but it was something I needed to work on (sprinting speed + kicks). Felt it in my hamstring by that last sprint.
