Aiming for 3:45 - 5:00/mi pace - 75/400m
Originally expected to run the 4x 800m today, but that got screwed up when a few people got sick/didn't show up. Got shuffled into the DMR on the bus ride up.
Felt decent today. Wasn't feeling good earlier in the week, but that was pretty much gone today (a bit of a headache when we first showed up and I jogged a lap).
Pretty decent start. Slow at the very beginning, but around lap 3 I gained some forward momentum and passed a guy. By lap 4-5 he passed me though, and I slowed down a bit too much. On lap 6 a guy from Norristown blew by me. Okay kick at the end, but it wasn't serious enough. I need to get some hardcore speed going again.
