Notes
Times were a little slow today due to the wind + cold weather. My first one ended up being especially slow due to a poor warm up (only a 2 lap jog, no striders or stretching).
Wind sucked, but I warmed up by the end of the workout.
2x - Tempo Pace - 90 sec/400m
2x - 5K Race Pace - 85 sec/400m
1x - 3K Race Pace - 80 sec/400m
Legs were by no means fresh today, but pushed through them + the wind (gusts up to 20 mph) to finish the workout on my own. Had to push for the last one, and it was a tiny bit slower than I wanted, but I think
it was a good workout overall. Got my head back in the groove of pushing hard, even when I don't want to.
