Snow canceled practice today, so I did a run inside at LA Fitness. Originally planned to watch a physics lecture, but that didn't really work.
Good pace - did preset hill workout level 10.

Pace kept steady. Good workout by the end. Similar to a decent tempo run (long though, so it got to you).
