Notes

1st mile since early May. Ends up I started off a bit too slow. If I was a bit faster for the first half I would have been more in a big pack, which might have helped. I felt pretty good about my effort. Not too worried about my time, I can improve pretty well I think. By the end I was feeling pretty tired, I think I used up most of my energy. Maybe had a little extra, but not too much.
