8x 800m Tempo pace. Aimed for 90sec/400m.
Getting better at keeping the pace. Not hard at all though. Felt it a little bit by the end, but not like an exhausted feeling, but that it gets to you after long enough.
1 minute rest in between each set. Talked a lot during the 800's.
I'm a little worried this will make me slow for Saturday. 1st meet's coming up, and I'm doing a 4x8.
