Cool Down

Notes

Easy, longer cool down following Manhattan XC Invite. Felt good to get in a longer cool down (my quads have been a little sore since Wednesday). At the beginning of the cool down I actually felt better than right before my race (although I might have changed my mind if I had to go at a race pace anytime soon), and was feeling really good by the end of it.
