Cool rainy day. Easy run, short version of Park Road. Pretty much ran as a group. Had a good time talking to the other guys + Coleman.
Followed up by Circuit #2 - also body weight excercises, but with some new additions.
2 sets of 30 sec rounds:
"T" Push ups (push up, rotate onto side, raising one arm straight up, push up, rotate + raise on other side)
Abs of choice (1 minute)
Burpees
Inch Worms (like inch-worm pushups, but no push ups in between).
"Crock walks" - start in push up position. Using only arms, propel yourself down the hallway (let legs drag limp, point toes + take off shoes for less resistance).
