supposed to be 6 easy, 5 with alternating 90 sec @10KP and 90 sec easy, then 2 easy, 3 hard. The 3 hard gave me trouble and didn't even try to go hard on the last 1 but took it very easy due to sore legs. Think the 6 days in a row (and stress outside of running) took a toll. Paths very crowded!
