last 30 min (before 5 min cooldown) "hard"--pace not that great due to hills. Right knee hurting again, pretty bad at times, starting around 7.5 mi, but got better on asphalt and quit hurting while running faster, then started again during cooldown. Seems to give me trouble on this course, prob due to hills and concrete.
