ran miles 2-12 with Dan ... lost my GPS for 2 miles ... fortuntately his was working so the data above is missing 2 miles of interval and HR data around mile 2-4 ... feel fine ... picked up the pace the last 2 miles on purpose .... right calf and glute is a little tight -- that's about it.
