I would say that I did the first 2 loops faster than I did the third although I didn't really feel like I was slowing down. Finished the last 3/4 mile at a nice pace -- stretching the stride -- relaxing my arms -- feel good. Looking back this is probably the best the best hill work-out I have done pace wise. [Must be the shoes.] Fantastic weather today ... crystal blue skys -- clean air b/c it rained last night and the humidity [thankfully] is dropping. Friday is supposed to be a top 10 for the summer. I am off to the beach tommorrow and will do a 10 mile on Friday vs. Sat.
