feel really good ... natural training pace [completely conversational for 2 hours] ... really seems to have increased since I started running at Dan's speed. Used to feel like it was a really hard effort ... today, I feel great.
NOTE -- also ate better pre-run; gelled during the run [earlier] and drank better during the run -- i think that really helps as well

9:53 mile 3 [think this must have been the gatoraid stop] ... although i though that was mile 4 [more likely a garmin issue b/c Dan's watch was .2 miles more than mine
