2 mile warm-up ... then 5 x 2minutes with 1 minute recovery in between ... 1/2 mile cool down ... first 2 in 17 minutes ... then the 5 x 2 minutes was another 2 miles @ 15 minutes ... first 3 were really good fast long strides. the 4th was OK ... the 5th was really tough ... if there was a 6th I would have been tossing. Nothing hurts -- feet fell good -- head is good --- legs feel good. Looking forward to a good week and my longest run on Friday b/fore the beach to see the in-laws.
PS -- had to wait for the t-storms to stop ... it's not hot @ 70 degrees but there is 89% humidity ... thankfully no sunshine
