wow ... that sucked ... not only the run but the route by USC over my Ohio State Bucks ... they looked like a HS team. Ranking prediction is that they go from #5 to #12 ... maybe evern lower.
As for me ... despite the stretching ... my right knee is killing me ... this seems to be a recurring theme for Sundays ... i have a good long run on Friday then spend the rest of the week trying to nurse the knee back. Just continue stretching today working on the hamstrings and quads.
