crisp morning ... great weather ... ran an out and back with Jim S. down around the resovoir. My right knee is still painful pretty much all of the time. Got a cortozone shot which didn't really seem to do anything. Maybe it's an IT band issue. Continue to strech quads / hammy at least 2x's / day. Otherwiser uneventful run. Doing my 12 with Jim and Dan on Friday AM
