It has been a long time not to have any tempo run since I skip the Friday 5. Traveling to west is fun, yet always causes the jet lag problem. Waking up at 3 AM and staying in the bed till 4 AM makes me feel bad. Not being able to sleep when you need sleep is definitely depressing, so something is needed to cheer me up, such as a tempo. I go down to the fitness center at Portland downtown Marriott and run on a treadmill shirtless. Why not, only myself of course at 4:30 AM in the fitness center.
Had a great time, warm up, speed, cool down. Everything is perfect.
